(Baonghean.vn) - That was one of the contents emphasized by Party Central Committee Secretary, Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission Phan Dinh Trac at the meeting with voters on the afternoon of December 6 in Tan Long commune, Tan Ky district.

On the afternoon of December 6, National Assembly deputies including Mr. Phan Dinh Trac - Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Central Steering Committee on Anti-Corruption; Hoang Thi Thu Trang - Secretary of Nghia Dan District Party Committee; Moong Van Tinh - official of Que Phong District Youth Union had a meeting with voters in Tan Long commune, Tan Ky district.

After listening to delegate Hoang Thi Thu Trang inform about some contents at the 8th session of the 14th National Assembly, voters expressed many opinions at the conference.

Regarding the issue of support and allowances for grassroots cadres, voter Ngo Xuan Binh, Ho Thanh hamlet reflected on the implementation of the policy of merging villages and hamlets in the spirit of Resolution 18-NQ/TW. However, after the merger, due to the large population and long terrain, the tasks of grassroots cadres, especially the Party cell secretaries and hamlet chiefs in management work, encountered many difficulties.

In addition, the allowances for Party cell secretaries, hamlet chiefs, and heads of the Front's working committees are still low. Therefore, voters suggest that the National Assembly and competent authorities should consider and soon support and increase the allowances for these subjects so that they can work with peace of mind at the grassroots level.

Regarding the issue of subsidy regime for retired teachers, voter Tran Thi Phuong, Tan Minh hamlet expressed that according to Decision 52/2013/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister dated August 30, 2013 on regulations on subsidy regime for retired teachers who have not yet received seniority allowance in their pensions. But up to now, some people who are eligible for the subsidy have not yet received it. Voters recommend that the National Assembly and the State pay attention and consider.

Regarding the issue of preventing and combating corruption, voter Buu Nghia, Ho Thanh hamlet proposed that salaries for some specific sectors should be increased to limit the current corruption situation. According to Mr. Nghia, the current management of pesticides and herbicides is still lax, causing many consequences of environmental pollution and affecting people's health.

Also at the conference, voters reflected on many issues related to policies for people with meritorious services; upgrading roads; strictly handling overloaded vehicles; changing crop structure...

Speaking at the meeting, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Internal Affairs Committee Phan Dinh Trac answered a number of voters' recommendations. Regarding the policy for non-professional workers in villages and hamlets, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Internal Affairs Committee said: According to Decree 34/2019/ND-CP of the Government, the State budget allocates an allowance fund equal to 3 times the basic salary to pay monthly for non-professional workers in each village and residential group.

Particularly for villages and hamlets with 350 households or more, villages in key communes, complicated in terms of security and order according to the decision of competent authorities; villages in border or island communes are allocated an allowance fund equal to 5 times the basic salary.

Regarding the issue of anti-corruption, Party Central Committee Secretary and Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission Phan Dinh Trac emphasized that to prevent and combat corruption, it is necessary to build a culture of non-corruption and create an honest lifestyle; State regulations and laws must be strict; and supervision by the people, society and elected bodies must be well implemented...
