Implementing his sacred testament, over the years, the Central Organizing Committee has always done a good job of advising the Party Central Committee, directly and regularly the Politburo and the Secretariat, on major guidelines and policies in the field of personnel organization of the political system.

Next, comrade Pham Minh Chinh visited and offered flowers and incense at Truong Bon historical relic site (My Son commune, Do Luong district); paying tribute to the heroic martyrs of the Youth Volunteer Force who sacrificed their lives for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland.

During the fierce war years of the resistance war against the US to save the country, on the strategic route 15A, the unique Truong Bon route was the place connecting the traffic arteries of the great Northern rear to support human and material resources for the Southern battlefield.

During the "confrontation" with the bombs and bullets of the American enemy at the "fire coordinates" of Truong Bon, more than 1,500 officers and soldiers of 9 Youth Volunteer Companies, belonging to the Youth Volunteer General Team against the Americans to save the country in Nghe An province, together with our army and people's forces, day and night held their ground and fought tenaciously with courage; with iron will and determination, they established feats and miracles here.

Especially the heroic feats and sacrifices on October 31, 1968 of 13 Youth Volunteers of the "Suicide Squad" "Steel Squad" of the Heroic Youth Volunteer Company 317.
