Vinh University of Industry signed a contract to train and supply labor for VSIP Nghe An

On the morning of July 20, Vinh University of Industry held a signing ceremony for cooperation in training and recruitment between Vinh University of Industry and VSIP Nghe An Company Limited.

VSIP Nghe An Industrial, Urban and Service Park is the 7th industrial park of VSIP Group with systematic, modern and impressive investment in Nghe An with Industrial Park and Urban, Commercial and Service Area.

Currently, the industrial park's infrastructure has been basically completed with traffic systems, roads, and factories designed, constructed, and supervised according to international standards.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mr. Teng Wei Hong - Deputy General Director of VSIP Nghe An also informed about the project progress and labor needs of enterprises in VSIP industrial parks in the coming time.

Accordingly, VSIP Industrial Parks currently need about 3,000 workers. However, after the pandemic, the trend of shifting investment from other countries to Vietnam will increase, so the demand for labor will be even greater in the coming time and will be concentrated mainly in the Central region.

On that basis, it is hoped that in the coming time, VSIP Company Limited and the school will have more cooperation in the field of training and labor supply according to the current recruitment needs of businesses, especially supplying a workforce of practical engineers, accountants and highly skilled workers.

Promoting the achievements, on July 20, Vinh University of Industry and VSIP Nghe An Company Limited officially signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation in education, training and recruitment.

The signing of the minutes aims to create cohesion, cooperation, and promote sustainable development of both sides. According to the content of the signing, the school will improve the quality of training to provide high-quality labor for VSIP Nghe An and partner investors in the industrial park.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mr. Tran Le Dung - Chairman of the Council of Vinh University of Industry said: The signing event of cooperation in education, training and recruitment between Vinh University of Industry and VSIP Nghe An will create more job opportunities for students after graduation.

According to the signed agreement, Vinh University of Industry will maximize its resources to research and evaluate the needs of employers, thereby applying appropriate training programs, ensuring the supply of highly qualified labor, meeting the actual recruitment needs of VSIP Nghe An and other businesses in the region.
