Posthumously awarded the title of Heroic Vietnamese Mother

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of September 9, Nghi Loc District People's Committee held a ceremony to posthumously award the honorary title of the State "Heroic Vietnamese Mother".

According to the President's decision, Nghi Loc district has 4 mothers who were posthumously awarded this time. They are mothers: Le Thi Hue, Nguyen Thi Ky, Ho Thi Em, all from Nghi Trung commune and mother Le Thi Xuyen from Nghi Xuan commune.

Awarding the title of Heroic Vietnamese Mother to the mothers' relatives

Up to now, Nghi Loc has had 200 mothers awarded and posthumously awarded the state honorary title "Heroic Vietnamese Mother" by the President. The District People's Committee has been completing documents to submit to the President to posthumously award the title to 32 mothers in the coming time.

The ceremony to confer the title of Vietnamese Heroic Mother is one of the meaningful activities, demonstrating the nation's morality of "When drinking water, remember its source", expressing the gratitude of today's generation for the great sacrifices of mothers in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.
