At around 8:30 a.m. on March 27, Mr. Vi Van On (born in 1986, residing in Quan village, Binh Chuan commune, Con Cuong district) was driving a motorbike with license plate 37C1 - 092.59 to the top of Pu Huot when a person going in the opposite direction crashed head-on into Mr. On's vehicle, causing him to die on the spot.

After causing the accident, the subject drove away to Xieng My commune, Tuong Duong district.
Receiving the report from the people, the commune police force was present at the scene. The incident was reported to the Con Cuong District Police, however, to this day the person who hit Mr. On's car has not been found.
Mr. Vi Van On was a construction worker, his family was in very difficult circumstances, currently Mr. On has been buried according to local customs./.
