It is known that at around 5 to 6 am on December 3, in the area bordering Nghia Lac commune with hamlet 13, Xuan Binh commune, Nhu Xuan district, Thanh Hoa province, people discovered a herd of nearly 100 pigs abandoned on the side of the road, including 5 dead pigs. The number of live and dead pigs weighed an estimated 30 - 40 kg each.

Nghia Lac Commune Police also extracted cameras from the people to find the person who dumped the pigs, but there were no results.
