From May 5, advertising on the front of cars will be fined 5 million VND.

If advertising on the front, back and roof of a vehicle without permission, a fine of 2 to 5 million VND will be imposed.

Decree No. 28/2017/ND-CP amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree 131/2013/ND-CP and 158/2013/ND-CP takes effect from May 5, including a number of new points on administrative sanctions for violations in the field of advertising as follows:

- Warning or fine from 200,000 to 500,000 VNDfor the act of distributing advertising leaflets that affect aesthetics, traffic safety and social order.

- Fine from 2,000,000 to 5,000,000 VNDAdvertising on the front, back and roof of a vehicle or advertising exceeding the permitted advertising area of ​​each side.

- Fine from 5,000,000 to 10,000,000 VNDFor those whose products, goods and services are advertised on flyers that affect aesthetics, traffic safety and social order.

This Decree also stipulates the level of penalties for violations of regulations on conditions for organizing cultural activities and providing public cultural services as follows:

- Fine from 1,000,000 to 3,000,000 VNDwith one of the following acts: selling tickets, collecting money to attend the festival; not having toilets or having toilets but not ensuring standards.

- Fine from 3,000,000 to 5,000,000 VNDwith the acts of: hanging the national flag in the festival area no higher or more solemn than the festival flags; taking advantage of spirit possession, fortune telling, soul calling, fortune telling, card shaking, spell casting, charm casting, spreading prophecies and other similar forms for personal gain.

- Fine from 5,000,000 to 10,000,000 VNDwith the act of restoring customs and practices that affect people's health, personality and Vietnamese cultural traditions./.
