Taking place over 2.5 days (from June 4 to the morning of June 6), the question and answer session was broadcast live on radio and television for people and voters nationwide to follow.
At the question and answer session, the National Assembly selected four ministers: the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Construction, the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to participate in the main explanation of the contents of interest to voters and people, related to the areas of management of the industry.
In addition to the responsibility of answering the main questions of the above 4 Ministers, during the question-and-answer session, the Government leader will further explain issues raised by National Assembly deputies related to the general administration of the Government.
Along with that, Deputy Prime Ministers in charge of related fields; Ministers of other ministries, Governor of the State Bank; Government Inspector General; State Auditor General; Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court; Chairmen of the People's Committees of Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Da Nang... will participate in answering questions and explaining to clarify related issues.
During the third working week, the National Assembly will listen to the Report and discuss the proposed National Assembly Supervision Program for 2020 and the proposed Law and Ordinance Development Program for 2020, and adjustments to the Law and Ordinance Development Program for 2019; discuss in the hall the allocation and use of reserve funds for the Medium-Term Public Investment Plan for the 2016-2020 period; and accession to Convention No. 98 of the International Labor Organization on the Application of the Principles of the Right to Organize and Collective Bargaining.
The National Assembly will also listen to the Report, the Verification Report and discuss in groups the draft Law on Securities (amended) and the draft Law on Militia and Self-Defense Forces (amended); and discuss in the hall the draft Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on State Audit./.
