On the morning of July 6, a working delegation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province and the Nghe An Department of Health led by comrades Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Nghe An Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; Duong Dinh Chinh - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Director of the Nghe An Department of Health came to present gifts to medical staff, patients and their relatives at Nghe An Mental Hospital.

At this time, health care activities and daily activities for patients and their families are facing many difficulties, as the hospital's Nutrition Department has been closed. Most of the patients' families are poor or near-poor households. In addition to the patient's family's own expenses, the hospital is providing additional support of VND 10,000/day/patient.

The delegation presented gifts including 100 million VND, 100 sets of protective clothing, drinking water and many necessities from the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; 30 million VND and 50 cartons of milk from the Nghe An Department of Health to Nghe An Mental Hospital.

Comrades Vo Thi Minh Sinh and Duong Dinh Chinh acknowledged, commended and encouraged the staff and doctors of the Mental Hospital to continue to strive and overcome difficulties to perform well the task of caring for and treating patients; to carry out well the work of preventing Covid-19, absolutely not allowing the epidemic to penetrate the patient treatment area./.
