Expressing his high agreement with the promulgation of the Mobile Police Law to create the highest legal corridor for this force to operate effectively and efficiently in the coming time, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee proposed to review the regulations to ensure consistency between the draft Mobile Police Law and the current People's Police Law; clearly defining the functions, tasks and authority of the Mobile Police, separating it from the People's Police Law.

Some issues related to regulations on the responsibilities of agencies, organizations and individuals in providing information; the responsibilities of local authorities in ensuring material conditions need to be studied and supplemented to ensure that the law is put into practice when promulgated.

Concluding the meeting, on behalf of the working delegation, Lieutenant General Tran Ngoc Khanh - Vice Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on National Defense and Security highly appreciated the implementation and concretization of legal regulations related to the province's Mobile Police force in recent times; at the same time, he acknowledged the very practical and valuable comments of the province on the draft Law on Mobile Police to report to the National Assembly Standing Committee for further editing and supplementation.

At the working session, the delegation listened to the opinions discussed in the hall and conducted a field survey on the physical conditions of the North Central Mobile Police Regiment E26; Overview of the characteristics, situation, role, functions, tasks, and activities of the Mobile Police force; organizational structure, staffing, barracks, headquarters, weapons, vehicles, technical equipment, and conditions for ensuring the Mobile Police force of the Regiment; results of security and order assurance work in the area from 2014 to 2021, and coordination between the Regiment and local Mobile Police forces.
The North Central Mobile Police Regiment E26 proposed and recommended to the working delegation a number of contents to supplement the draft Law on Mobile Police with a number of regulations suitable to the position, functions, tasks, and powers of the specific nature of the force.
