The Standing Committee of the National Assembly considers and decides on the arrangement of administrative units at district and commune levels.
This morning (February 10), the National Assembly Standing Committee will open its 42nd session, which will consider and decide on the arrangement of commune- and district-level administrative units in a number of provinces and centrally-run cities.

Also according to the planned program, the National Assembly Standing Committee will review and give opinions on issues with different opinions of the draft Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Handling of Administrative Violations and the draft Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Organization of the National Assembly; give opinions on preparations for the AIPA Chairmanship Year 2020; review and decide on the arrangement of commune-level and district-level administrative units in a number of provinces and centrally-run cities.
At the meeting, the National Assembly Standing Committee is expected to give opinions on the issuance of a Decree guiding the implementation of the temporary admission mechanism under the Istanbul Convention.
