Visiting and wishing a Happy New Year to the Board of Directors, teachers and students of Vinh University, on behalf of the delegation, Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on Culture, Education, Youth, Adolescents and Children Phan Thanh Binh expressed his joy at seeing the school's rapid changes and is now one of the country's key schools for education and training, moving towards financial autonomy.

With a tradition of 60 years of construction and development, Vinh University has continuously grown with modern facilities to meet training and teaching conditions. It is currently a multidisciplinary university and is building a national key school as well as implementing a restructuring project.

Comrade Phan Thanh Binh hopes that the staff and lecturers of Vinh University will promote the tradition of the Heroic Labor Unit in the renovation period, build a development strategy, well implement the roadmap for the autonomous unit; be determined to strive, constantly innovate, focus on improving the quality of training high-quality human resources to serve the development of the country.

Visiting and wishing a Happy New Year to Associate Professor, Doctor, Specialist II Cao Truong Sinh - Vice Principal of Vinh Medical University, Director of Vinh Medical Hospital, comrade Phan Thanh Binh acknowledged his contributions in his position as both a training manager and a professional manager, thereby actively contributing to the work of taking care of people's health.

The member of the National Assembly Standing Committee expressed his hope that Comrade Cao Truong Sinh would continue to make many contributions, build an increasingly developed institute-school model, and make positive contributions to the health sector of the province and the whole country.
