(Baonghean.vn) - Accordingly, Van Quyet was suspended from the next 2 matches (equivalent to 1 direct red card) for having a serious foul on SLNA player Tran Dinh Dong in the 24th round match of V.League, taking place on September 19, 2019 when Hanoi Club was a guest at Vinh Stadium.
Today (October 3), the Disciplinary Board of the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) issued Decision No. 497/QD-LĐBĐVN on disciplining player Nguyen Van Quyet of Hanoi FC.

It was not until today, when Hanoi FC returned from a 0-0 draw against North Korea at 4:25 and had to stop at the AFC Cup match, that the official penalty was given.
Thus, Van Quyet will be out of action until the end of the season because V.League will only have 2 rounds left to finish. The captain of Hanoi will be absent in round 25 against Than Quang Ninh at Cua Ong Stadium and the match between Hanoi Club and Quang Nam at home at Hang Day Stadium in round 26.

As an important card in coach Chu Dinh Nghiem's tactical scheme in terms of skillful ball handling and having a voice in the locker room, but with the captain's armband in hand, Van Quyet is still not exemplary enough for the younger generation to look up to and follow with his uncontrolled playing situations.
