The patriotic emulation movement of the Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs sector in the period of 2015 - 2020 has achieved many outstanding results. A typical example is the emulation movement to improve the quality of consulting on the development of documents, projects and perfecting mechanisms, policies and directive and administrative documents. The Department has issued thousands of documents guiding and directing the implementation of tasks in the sector's fields of work.

In addition, the emulation movement to excellently complete professional tasks also achieved many results, demonstrated and achieved results in the fields of: Employment - Labor safety; Labor - salary - social insurance; "Emulation to teach well, study well"; poverty reduction work; "Drinking water, remembering its source", "Repaying gratitude".

The Administrative Reform Movement was deployed and implemented drastically: Advised the Provincial People's Committee to promulgate and organize the implementation of the Project on reorganizing the apparatus, streamlining the payroll and restructuring the team of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of professional agencies.

Every year, over 95% of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers achieve the title of Advanced Workers, of which 10% are awarded Certificates of Merit, 15% are awarded the title of "Emulation Fighters at the grassroots level". Many collectives and individuals have been awarded many noble prizes by the State, many collectives and individuals have been awarded Certificates of Merit.

The Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs was awarded the First Class Labor Medal by the President (for the second time); 1 collective and 1 individual were awarded the Second Class Labor Medal by the President; 3 individuals were awarded the Third Class Labor Medal by the President; 2 collective units and 5 individuals were awarded Certificates of Merit by the Prime Minister...

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Le Ngoc Hoa - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged the achievements of the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs. At the same time, he noted that the department should perform well the following issues: Improving the quality of consulting for the Provincial People's Committee, improving the quality of human resource training and vocational training.

Implement well the policy for people with meritorious services, take care of social security, hunger eradication and poverty reduction policies, and the work of "Repaying gratitude". Promote administrative reform; improve the quality of cadres and civil servants, prevent violations, especially the phenomenon of taking advantage of policies, always be dedicated to work, to the country and the people...

On this occasion, 2 individuals received Certificates of Merit from the Prime Minister; 5 collectives and 14 individuals received Certificates of Merit from the Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs; 3 collectives and 5 individuals received Certificates of Merit from the Director of the Provincial Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.

At the conference, comrade Doan Hong Vu - Director of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs launched the patriotic emulation movement for the period 2020 - 2025.

The conference also agreed to elect three delegates to attend the provincial and ministerial emulation congresses for the 2015-2020 period.
