In a rural area with many difficulties like Thanh Lam commune, where it is "dry before the sun and flooded before the rain", the fact that people contributed tens of millions of dong to build concrete roads is hard to believe but true.

After completing a phase of concreting the village roads, what the people here feel is that "what we spent was worth it". Ms. Ho Thi Thuan (49 years old) - Mr. Bao's wife modestly shared: Her family sells cows and only contributes to the villagers to build roads for us to use, nothing big.
