According to the victim's statement, on June 21, through the Blued software, H. met and talked to a young man who told H. that he was from Dong Nai to Vung Tau to play, and was currently stuck in Vung Tau and could not return to Dong Nai.
On the evening of June 23, the two met and ate together at Bai Sau beach, then they rented a hotel to stay. When H. woke up, she discovered that her new friend had left the room, and her phone and personal belongings had been taken.
During the investigation, the criminal detectives of Vung Tau City Police quickly clarified and arrested Pham Nguyen Phuong Dong.
