Just finished prison term and arrested again for "old habits die hard"

On May 18, Ha Dong District Police, Hanoi announced that the unit had just initiated a case and prosecuted Nguyen Dinh Long (born in 1993, residing in Long Xuyen Commune, Phuc Tho District, Hanoi) and Nguyen Van Tuyen (born in 1990, residing in Doi Binh Commune, Ung Hoa District) for robbery.

Previously, at around 11:30 a.m. on May 11, the Mobile Traffic Police Team of Ha Dong District Police, Hanoi, coordinated with Van Quan Police Station to patrol on Phung Hung Street when they heard shouts of robbery, so they quickly coordinated with the masses to surround and capture the subject.

Subject Nguyen Dinh Long was arrested with evidence.

During the on-site struggle, the suspect was identified as Nguyen Dinh Long (born in 1993, residing in Long Xuyen commune, Phuc Tho district, Hanoi). Initially, Long confessed that he and his friend named Tuyen had robbed two women of a handbag, inside which were more than 40 million VND, 2 expensive phones and many other valuable assets...

At the police station, Long confessed that in the morning of the same day, he took the bus to My Dinh bus station and asked his friend Nguyen Van Tuyen to take him to his workplace in Van Phuc, Ha Dong district, Hanoi. When they arrived at the area adjacent to the Nguyen Trai - Van Quan monument flower garden, the two subjects saw two women riding a motorbike with handbags in front of them, so they had the intention of snatching them.

Tuyên drove his motorbike close to Nguyen Dinh Long to snatch his bag. At that moment, a working group coordinated with the people to arrive and arrest Long, while Tuyên then drove away.

Using professional measures, on the night of May 11, the Ha Dong District Police arrested Nguyen Van Tuyen at his home. Tuyen had a previous conviction for robbery.

Currently, the Investigation Police Agency - Ha Dong District Police has initiated a case and prosecuted the two above subjects.
