(Baonghean.vn) - In order to share the difficulties of children in Western Nghe An, recently the Security - Intelligence Youth Union (Nghe An Police) and the Youth Union of Ky Son District Police in collaboration with Van Minh Company Limited, Nghe An Books and Educational Equipment Joint Stock Company organized a visit and gave gifts to students of Muong Ai Primary School, Ky Son District.

Muong Ai is a border commune, although cars can reach the commune center, it is still difficult. On the way from Ky Son district center to Muong Ai, many times the gift-carrying vehicles got stuck, everyone had to join hands to push them through the curves and potholes.

Not only did the trucks carrying gifts and rice get stuck, but the official vehicles also had to rely on the support and help of everyone many times throughout the journey.

236 students at Muong Ai Primary School all received gifts, including 1 warm blanket, 10 notebooks, pens and rulers.

Students of Muong Ai commune received meaningful gifts on the occasion of Lunar New Year.

20 cash gifts, each worth 300,000 VND, were also given to poor students who overcame difficulties to study well.

The delegation presented 14 gifts to the People's Committee of Muong Ai commune along with a net and volleyball for the school's staff and teachers. The total value of the gifts was over 80 million VND.

On this occasion, the delegation donated 750kg of rice to 35 households in the commune with especially difficult circumstances.

Muong Ai commune has 2,347 people, 404 households with the Kho Mu, Mong, Thai, Kinh ethnic groups living together, of which the Kho Mu ethnic group accounts for 70%. People's lives still face many difficulties, low education, lack of food and clothing happens every day, so there is a great need for kind hearts so that the students in particular and the people here in particular can have a warmer Tet.
