Hundreds of households voluntarily donated thousands of square meters of land.
Along with the participation of the Party Committee and the communal government, mass organizations also play a major role in mobilizing people to implement the new rural construction program. Each mass organization is assigned specific tasks: Women's Union with the movement of planting flowers on both sides of the road, cleaning the environment; Vietnam Fatherland Front propagandizing and mobilizing people to clear the corridor; Farmers' Association with the movement of competing for good production...

According to Vice Chairman of the Commune People's Committee Tran Diep Trung Duong, the commune has more than 4 km of flower roads after the road surface has been concreted.
After 9 years of implementing the new rural construction, Que Son commune has mobilized resources of over 67 billion VND to invest in building traffic infrastructure, welfare works, residential housing, etc. The rural face has been renewed and more civilized, essential infrastructure has been upgraded, the grassroots political system has continued to be consolidated, and people's income and living conditions have been improved and enhanced.

"Reaching the NTM finish line is only the initial result, there are still many tasks that need to be focused on to build a commune that meets the criteria in a sustainable way and building a NTM is a long-term process without a destination, and we cannot be subjective. From that perspective, the commune steering committee will continue to focus on the tasks of building a NTM in the coming time and the following years, paying attention to improving the quality of the criteria to achieve sustainability" - Mr. Tran Diep Trung Duong - Vice Chairman of Que Son Commune People's Committee said.

As a particularly difficult district in the 30a category of the country, the process of building new rural areas in localities has encountered many difficulties. However, with the active participation of the locality, along with the consensus and support of the ethnic minorities in the commune, Que Son is the first commune in Que Phong district to reach the new rural finish line. Hopefully, this will create a strong chain effect, promoting other localities in the district to move forward in building new rural areas.
