Conflict occurred in sugarcane field, 1 person was hacked to death

(Baonghean.vn) - On the evening of December 17, according to Mr. Hoang Van Phuc - Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghia Yen Commune (Nghia Dan), a murder case had just occurred in the commune, causing one person to die on the spot.

Accordingly, there was a conflict between Mr. Cao Huu Binh (born in 1980), residing in Dong Song hamlet, Nghia Yen commune, Nghia Dan district, and Mr. Doan Van Hien (born in 1970), residing in the same Dong Song hamlet, and a fight had occurred.

At around 3pm on December 17, when Mr. Hien was in his family’s sugarcane field, he saw Mr. Binh returning from spraying pesticides. The two sides continued to have a conflict. Here, Mr. Binh took a knife and slashed Mr. Hien many times, causing Mr. Hien to die on the spot.

Upon receiving the news, Nghia Dan District Police quickly arrived to protect the scene, while waiting for the provincial police to come and conduct an autopsy and investigate the cause of the incident. After committing the crime, Binh fled, and the police are currently searching for the suspect.

Duc Thanh
