Ms. Hoang Thi Huong - Hamlet 4, Nghi Yen Commune reported that her family lives along the road so they have to endure the dust all day long caused by trucks carrying soil and rocks for the Hamaraj Industrial Park project (Southeast Economic Zone) passing by. Although the quarry side supports families living on both sides of the road with 200,000 VND/month or 300,000 VND/month (depending on the length of road surface of each family) to help them overcome the dusty situation, the number of vehicles is too much, affecting the lives of the households here.
Mrs. Nguyen Thi Phuong from Hamlet 4 complained that the trucks carrying dirt and rocks often go very fast and this road is quite narrow, making it difficult for two trucks to pass each other, making it very dangerous for people living on both sides of the road. According to Mrs. Phuong, although every morning the quarry sends people to sprinkle water to reduce dust, it does not reduce it much.

Observing at the scene, the reporter noticed that every day hundreds of trucks regularly enter the Pineapple Mountain area to collect soil and transport it to the Hamaraj Industrial Park project. The trucks that come to collect soil are all large in tonnage, carrying a lot of soil, causing the newly upgraded and repaired road to be too heavy to bear, damaged, and sunken in many places.

Discussing this issue, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Thi - Deputy Head of the Economic and Infrastructure Department of Nghi Loc District People's Committee said: "To implement the project, the investor has a document to borrow this route to transport soil and rock for site leveling, with a commitment to upgrade and repair the route before putting it into operation. During the project, it will maintain and repair if there is any damage and return the route to ensure safety when the route is no longer in operation. Currently, the road is clearly degraded, the enterprise needs to have a solution to fix and restore the road and ensure people's lives".
