Tien Loc Hamlet, Hung Loc Commune (Vinh City) strives to build a model hamlet
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of October 9, Tien Loc hamlet, Hung Loc commune, Vinh city held a ceremony to celebrate its 10th anniversary (October 12, 2012 - October 12, 2022).
Attending the ceremony were comrades: Phan Minh Tuan - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Propaganda Department of the City Party Committee, Director of the Vinh City Political Center; Tran Quang Lam - Vice Chairman of Vinh City People's Committee.

Tien Loc Hamlet was separated from Hamlet 11, Hung Loc Commune, currently has 160 households living there. In the early days of its establishment, the hamlet faced many difficulties, but with the active participation of local Party committees and authorities, the spirit of determination, solidarity, enthusiastic support, and contribution of labor and funds from the people, Tien Loc today possesses a new appearance, position and strength.

The infrastructure is invested in building spacious, modern, serving life. Workers in Tien Loc hamlet mainly work in Party agencies, government, unions, armed forces, public administration, enterprises... Besides regular income, Tien Loc hamlet people focus on developing garden economy, boarding houses, developing service industries... thanks to which life is increasingly improved.

The movement of the whole people to build a cultural life in the hamlet has developed strongly, contributing to improving the spiritual life of the people. Up to now, 90 - 94% of households have achieved the title of cultural family, learning family; 60 - 70% of households have achieved the title of sports family; every year, 115 - 120 students have achieved the title of excellent student, advanced student.
The movement to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas has had positive changes; village roads and alleys are green, clean and beautiful. People are always united in implementing the laws, local regulations and village conventions...
In recognition of the achievements of the hamlet in recent times, Tien Loc hamlet has been awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; many Certificates of Merit from the People's Committee of Vinh City for hamlet construction, along with many Certificates of Merit from the Party Committee and People's Committee of Hung Loc commune for the Party cell, hamlet, front, organizations and individuals.
Setting the goal of building increasingly rich and civilized hamlets, in the coming time, Tien Loc will strengthen political and ideological education, regularly take care of ideological work among party members and people; Launch revolutionary action movements, determined to build strong Party cells, hamlets, fronts and organizations to complete the goal of building model new rural hamlets, aiming to build conditions and criteria from hamlets to blocks; contribute to the implementation of the project to convert Hung Loc commune to a ward.
Along with that, the hamlet completes facilities, infrastructure and public welfare; builds Tien Loc people: "Community, affection, beautiful lifestyle and way of life"; orients the development of household economy, legitimate enrichment; well implements the movements and campaigns: "All people unite to build new countryside, civilized urban areas" and "All people unite to build cultural life".

On this occasion, the Organizing Committee presented meaningful gifts to recognize the contributions of generations of leaders and heads of mass organizations who have made many contributions to building Tien Loc hamlet over the past 10 years.
