Handling illegal racers in Vinh City
(Baonghean.vn) - A group of about 15 young people raced at high speed in the area around Ho Chi Minh Square, many of whom were driving motorbikes without license plates.
At around 10pm on August 6, the Traffic Police - Order Team, Vinh City Police were on duty to ensure traffic order and safety in the area around Ho Chi Minh Square when they discovered a group of about 15 young people racing at high speed. Among them were many people driving motorbikes without license plates, so summoning and handling the subjects encountered many difficulties.

The subjects organized the race for quite a long time, causing disorder in traffic safety, creating frustration for people participating in traffic. This image was also recorded by some people and spread on social networks.
After actively and urgently investigating and verifying, on the morning of August 7, the Traffic Police - Order Team, Vinh City Police initially summoned 3 subjects including: Nguyen Dinh Minh Tuan (born 2000) and Nguyen Quang Hieu (born 2000), both residing in Binh Yen block, Hung Binh ward (Vinh City); Le Duc Anh (born 2004), residing in Tan Hoa block, Vinh Tan ward (Vinh City). These are the young men who participated in the race on the evening of August 6 in the Ho Chi Minh Square area.
The leader of the Traffic Police Team of Vinh City Police said: For illegal racing acts, the unit will issue a record of administrative violations; fine from 7 to 8 million VND, temporarily detain the vehicle for 7 days and require a commitment not to repeat the offense.
