5 cases of not wearing masks in public places were fined
(Baonghean.vn) - Along with propaganda on measures to prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic, the authorities of Dien Chau district, Vinh city have handled administrative violations against 5 cases of not wearing masks in public places.
* Afternoon of April 3,Hong Son ward authorities (Vinh city)Teams have been established to patrol, control and handle cases of not wearing masks in public places and kiosks selling non-essential goods that do not comply with the closure regulations.
Accordingly, during the patrol, 3 cases of not wearing masks were discovered and fined with a fine of 200,000 VND/case on Thai Phien Street and Vinh market area.

* On April 2 and 3, the Covid-19 prevention and control working group of Dien Ky commune, Dien Chau district discovered 4 cases of people not wearing masks while traveling on National Highway 1A, through Dien Ky commune.

These people include: Ngo Sy D. (born 2002) and Ngo Sy G. (born 2004), both residing in village 4, Dien Ky commune; Tran Nhu L. (born 1997), Cao Tuan T. (born 2004), both residing in village 7, Dien Ky commune.
The Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control of Dien Ky Commune has administratively fined Ngo Sy D. and Tran Nhu L. 200,000 VND each. Ngo Sy G. and Cao Tuan T. were only given warnings because they were minors.
Up to this point, in addition to Dien Chau, Vinh City, Hoang Mai Town, Que Phong, and Con Cuong are the localities that have imposed administrative penalties on people who do not wear masks in public places.
