Yen Thanh dismissed 6 officials due to disciplinary violations

In recent times, inspection and supervision work has been strengthened by the Party Committees at two levels in Yen Thanh based on an annual plan, which is both comprehensive in all areas and focused on sensitive areas and areas prone to violations.

Accordingly, since the beginning of the year, the Standing Committee of Yen Thanh District Party Committee has focused on inspecting the leadership and direction of the implementation of Resolution No. 07-NQ/HU, dated July 28, 2017 of the District Party Committee on handling illegal construction of houses on forestry and agricultural land in 4 communes; inspecting the leadership and direction of public land management in 2 communes; supervising the leadership and direction of personnel planning in 8 agencies, units and localities...

Since the beginning of the year, Party committees at all levels in Yen Thanh have inspected and supervised more than 400 Party members. The inspection and supervision of Party members are related to the implementation of Party resolutions and directives; the performance of assigned duties and responsibilities; awareness of the principle of democratic centralism and regulations, rules, and conclusions of the Party committees at higher levels and at their own level; implementation of Party committee member standards; and performance of Party member duties.

In addition to inspection and supervision according to the Party Committee's program, the Inspection Committee at 2 levels also proactively and promptly conducts inspections when there are signs of violations against Party organizations and Party members. The inspection results of 36 Party organizations show that 18 organizations were found to have violated, accounting for 50% of the total number of organizations inspected. The violations were related to the leadership role and implementation of resolutions and directives of the Party Committees at higher levels and their own level, policies and laws of the State...

Regarding the inspection of party members, the Inspection Committee at two levels inspected 123 party members; of which 38 party members were found to have committed violations, accounting for 30.9% of the total number of party members inspected. The violations were mainly related to the implementation of resolutions and directives of the Party, policies and laws of the State; lack of responsibility in performing duties and tasks; moral qualities, lifestyle; the principle of democratic centralism; lack of internal solidarity, land, and mineral resources.

The two-level inspection committee also monitored 104 organizations; through monitoring, 6 organizations with signs of violations were detected and transferred for inspection when there were signs of violations.

Along with inspection and supervision to rectify and prevent violations, Party committees at all levels in Yen Thanh have also strictly handled cases that required disciplinary action, with the right people and the right positions.

Accordingly, since the beginning of the year, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee has disciplined 3 organizations by warning and reprimand. Party committees at all levels have disciplined 19 party members; of which 6 were dismissed from office; 3 were warned; and 10 were reprimanded.
