Yen Thanh social distancing according to Directive 16 in many localities from 6:00 p.m. on August 18

Afternoon of August 18, Chairman of the People's CommitteeYen Thanh districtissued a decision to establish a social isolation area to prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic for Phu Thanh commune; 2 hamlets: 7 and 5 of Tang Thanh commune and the old hamlet 2 (currently belonging to Dong Ban hamlet) of Lang Thanh commune. In addition, the entire Hong Thanh commune and Lang Thanh commune apply social distancing solutions according to Directive No. 15 of the Government.

Implementation time starts from 6:00 p.m. on August 18, 2021.

These are localities with suspected cases of Covid-19 infection. Accordingly, local authorities organize to implement safe isolation solutions, while ensuring stable life for people in the isolation area.

Mr. Nguyen Ho Son - Chairman of Lang Thanh Commune People's Committee said that because in the old hamlet 2 area, there were a number of cases of close contact with people suspected of being infected with Covid-19 in Phu Thanh commune, this afternoon the Commune People's Committee asked for direction from the District People's Committee on social isolation according to the regulations.Government Directive 16.

"The commune will establish 4epidemic control checkpointon the roads leading to the quarantine area. All people are not allowed to enter or exit during the quarantine period, except in cases with special reasons. Currently, Lang Thanh commune has 72 cases of community quarantine and 38 cases of home quarantine," said Mr. Nguyen Ho Son.
