58 works entered the final round of the photo contest 'Golden Moment'
(Baonghean.vn) - After the preliminary round, the jury selected 58 works to enter the final round, marking 58 years since the establishment of Nghe An Newspaper.
On November 1, at Nghe An Newspaper, the preliminary judging session of the 8th "Golden Moment" Press Photo Contest took place.
Attending and judging the preliminary round were comrades: Pham Thi Hong Toan - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Editor-in-Chief of Nghe An Newspaper, Head of the Organizing Committee; Tran Van Hung - Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Nghe An Newspaper, Deputy Head of the Organizing Committee; Tran Duy Ngoan - Chairman of Nghe An Provincial Journalists Association.

The 8th “Golden Moment” photojournalism contest was launched from November 10, 2018 to October 25, 2019 with nearly 1,000 entries. The contest aims to improve the quality of photos in Nghe An Newspaper, encouraging the creative movement among journalists and photographers. This is a useful professional activity for professional journalists and those who love photojournalism.

The contest also aims to spread the images, the most beautiful and impressive moments of all practical activities in social life of the people and homeland of Nghe An.
After the preliminary round, 562 works by 76 authors entered the preliminary round. After a day of judging, the jury selected 58 works to enter the final round, marking the 58th anniversary of Nghe An Newspaper.
The final round is scheduled to take place on November 8. The closing ceremony and award ceremony will be held on November 9 at Kim Lien Historical Site, Nam Dan District./.
