7 establishments violating food safety in Vinh city have just been punished

Pursuant to Decision 1158/QD-UBND dated April 11, 2019 of the People's Committee of Nghe An province on inspection of compliance with regulations on ensuring food safety on the occasion of "Food Safety Action Month" in 2019, from April 17 to present, the Interdisciplinary Inspection Team of Nghe An province has inspected 10 food production and trading establishments in Vinh city and drawn up administrative violation records for 7 establishments.
7 establishments were recorded for violations including:HLG Trading and Service Joint Stock Company (Cung Le Hoi Restaurant); 117 An Duong Vuong Company Limited (Kien Restaurant); Ngoc Son General Company Limited (Ngoc Son Restaurant); Hong Son Food Company; Nguyen Thi Anh Tuan Business Household (rice trading); Hanoi - Nghe An Beer Joint Stock Company and Nghe An Guest House.

The violations of these 7 establishments are: not keeping food samples; solid waste collection tools without lids; using unsanitary food containers; using expired ingredients; doing business at locations other than those stated in the business registration certificate; storage warehouses without shelves as prescribed; floors, production and business areas, and storage warehouses being water-permeable, cracked, and moldy.
The total expected fine for these 7 establishments is 79,539,000 VND./.
