7 typical examples of Nghe An were introduced at the exhibition of simple yet noble examples of the whole country.

The exhibition “Simple but noble examples” is a practical activity towards the 129th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday and 50 years of implementing his Testament.

Before the opening of the exhibition, delegates attending the exhibition offered flowers at the Uncle Ho Statue in Ho Chi Minh Square.

The exhibition takes place from May 16 to the end of May 2019. The exhibition consists of two parts: Part 1 has the theme "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's moral example is a regular activity of the entire Party and people"; Part 2 has the theme "Simple but noble examples".

With nearly 100 images, documents and artifacts at the exhibition, the audience is introduced to 69 typical examples of individuals and groups who have excelled in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style throughout the country.

These 69 examples were selected and honored by the Propaganda Departments of provinces and cities, the Party Committee of the Central Agencies, the Party Committee of the Central Enterprises, the General Department of Politics - Ministry of National Defense, and the General Department of Politics - Ministry of Public Security.

Each image and article is a touching story about groups and ordinary people who have overcome their circumstances and fate, dared to think, dared to do, and devoted themselves to the benefit of the community and the development of the country.

Nghe An province has 7 examples introduced and honored on this occasion, namely: Secretary of the Youth Union of Dien Dong commune, Dien Chau district, Hoang Minh Duc, with the construction of the "Connecting Love" Club to raise charity funds; Mrs. Nguyen Thi Phuong (80 years old) in Khanh Son commune, Nam Dan district with her immense compassion to help people in difficult circumstances; Secretary of the Party Cell of Huoi Co village, Nhon Mai commune, Tuong Duong district and Gia Sua, who is at the forefront of propagating and mobilizing people to eliminate hunger and reduce poverty; Fisherman Phan Van Hai - Chairman of the Fisheries Association of Quynh Lap commune, Quynh Luu district, has saved many people in distress at sea; Mr. Sam Van Binh, Chau Quang commune, Quy Hop district, has made great contributions to the work of collecting, preserving and teaching Thai script; Secretary of the Party Cell of the Health Station of Huong Son commune, Tan Ky district, is dedicated and does a good job of mass mobilization; Party Cell of Hung Dong hamlet, Tay Hieu commune, Thai Hoa town, is at the forefront of building a "Model new rural residential area".
