Working with the Steering Committee for the whole people to unite to build a cultural life in Hoang Mai town, the delegation found that based on the assigned tasks, the town has had activities to advise leaders and direct the implementation of regulations on building cultural villages and cultural families; building cultural and information institutions at the grassroots level; organizing sports, cultural and artistic activities; building solidarity models to help each other develop the economy, eliminate hunger, reduce poverty, and legally enrich the population.
Accordingly, the town has 65.9% of hamlets, blocks, and villages recognized as cultural villages, the rate of cultural families reaches 83.5%, 12/15 agencies, units, and enterprises meet cultural standards, 1 commune registered to meet new rural cultural standards; the town organizes well major cultural festivals such as Con Temple Festival, Xuan Uc Temple Festival; in the area, there are more and more civilized lifestyle models in weddings, funerals, etc.
