Nghe An Province Traffic Safety Committee gives more than 65,000 helmets to first graders
On the morning of October 7, at Hung Dung 1 Primary School, Vinh City, the Traffic Safety Committee of Nghe An Province coordinated with relevant units to organize a helmet awarding ceremony for first graders, school year 2024 - 2025 with the theme "Keeping the dream alive".

On this occasion, the Provincial Traffic Safety Committee coordinated with Honda Vietnam Company to present over 65,000 helmets to first grade children in the 2024-2025 school year in the province.

The helmet donation aims to raise people's awareness of the mandatory compliance with regulations on wearing standard helmets when riding motorbikes, scooters, and electric bicycles; create motivation to mobilize society to implement "Wearing helmets for children when riding motorbikes, scooters, and electric bicycles", striving to achieve the goal of 100% of children wearing standard helmets when participating in traffic.


Speaking at the helmet awarding ceremony, Mr. Phan Huy Chuong - Deputy Head of the Provincial Traffic Safety Committee requested all levels, sectors, and social organizations to strengthen the dissemination of laws on traffic safety and order in schools, striving to achieve the goal of 100% of children wearing standard helmets when participating in traffic by motorbike, scooter, and electric bicycle; forming a "Traffic Culture" right from when students are still in school, contributing to reducing traffic accidents in the province.
