The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department offers flowers and incense to pay tribute to heroic martyrs.
(Baonghean.vn) - On July 26, a delegation of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department led by Mr. Kha Van Tam - Permanent Deputy Head of the Department offered flowers and incense at Truong Bon Historical Site, My Son Commune, Do Luong District and the Do Luong District Martyrs' Cemetery, and the Vietnam - Laos Martyrs' Cemetery in Anh Son District.
On July 26, a delegation of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department led by Mr. Kha Van Tam - Permanent Deputy Head of the Department visited, offered flowers and incense at the historical relic sites of Truong Bon, My Son commune, Do Luong district, the martyrs' cemetery in Do Luong district and the Vietnam - Laos martyrs' cemetery in Anh Son district.

At Truong Bon National Historical Site, the delegation offered flowers and incense to commemorate and express gratitude for the heroic sacrifice on October 31, 1968 of 13 heroic youth volunteers from the 317th Youth Volunteer Company, Team 65, and the General Youth Volunteer Team to fight against the Americans.
Next, the delegation offered incense and flowers at Do Luong district cemetery, the resting place of 2,300 martyrs.

In Anh Son district, incense and flowers were offered at the Vietnam - Laos Cemetery to commemorate and pay tribute to the martyrs who sacrificed for national independence and for noble international causes.
The Vietnam - Laos Martyrs Cemetery is home to the graves of more than 11,000 officers, volunteer soldiers and military experts who died on the Lao battlefield. There are also 6,900 graves in the cemetery whose names and hometowns are unknown; 570 graves have names, but their hometowns are unknown.

At the places visited, before the souls of the heroic martyrs, the delegation expressed their respect and infinite gratitude for the great contributions of the heroic martyrs who devoted their lives to the revolutionary cause, for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, for the longevity of the nation, and for the happiness of the people.
The delegation pledged to always uphold the revolutionary tradition, strive to fulfill all tasks well, contribute to building a clean and strong Party organization, and develop the socio-economy of Nghe An province to become increasingly rich, beautiful and civilized.
