The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and the Provincial Post Office presented Tet gifts to poor households in Yen Thanh.
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of January 18, comrade Tran Quoc Khanh - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department led a working delegation, along with representatives of the Provincial Post Office, to visit and give Tet gifts to poor households in Ly Thanh and Nam Thanh communes, Yen Thanh district.
Responding to the call of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee to support the program "Tet for the poor", on the occasion of the upcoming Dinh Dau Spring, the working delegation presented 57 gifts; of which, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department presented 37 gifts, the Provincial Post Office presented 20 gifts (each worth 500,000 VND) to poor households in Ly Thanh and Nam Thanh communes.

In Nam Thanh commune, the delegation presented 27 gifts to poor households in the commune. In Ly Thanh - one of the district's disadvantaged communes, the delegation presented 30 Tet gifts to families in difficult circumstances.

In addition, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department also presented two families, Mrs. Thai Thi Huan (Hamlet 1) and Mr. Ho Van Chinh (Hamlet 10), who are in particularly difficult circumstances in Ly Thanh commune, each with a television; creating conditions for disadvantaged families to have the means to follow the policies of the Party and State, the locality, the economic and social situation... to improve their spiritual life.
