At the meeting, businesses raised difficulties in epidemic prevention and control such as: If there are F1 and F0 cases, companies cannot arrange quarantine for a large number of workers; businesses will not be able to perform rapid testing of 20% when there is a high risk because there is no human resources, no expertise and businesses do not know where to buy test kits.
The Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control of Vinh City has requested the Management Board of Bac Vinh Industrial Park and enterprises to: Strengthen control of workers' movement; arrange disinfectants, instruct workers to follow 5K well at the company and when withdrawing money at ATMs. Must proactively arrange centralized quarantine areas and cannot hand over quarantined workers to local authorities because the number of workers is very large. It is necessary to make health declarations by scanning QR codes.

Workers returning from epidemic areas must be tested and quarantined within the prescribed time. Vehicles transporting goods from outside the province to factories and plants must be disinfected after each trip. Companies with workers from Ha Tinh working and returning, including those with shuttle buses, must temporarily suspend their work pending instructions from the Provincial People's Committee or must arrange suitable accommodation to ensure epidemic prevention safety; must properly manage the movement of workers from Ha Tinh staying around the industrial park.
Companies with foreigners working need to be closely monitored and reported to local authorities for disease prevention plans. City police need to closely review temporary residence management in Hung Dong and Nghi Kim communes. Absolutely do not allow subjectivity and negligence, businesses are not allowed to hide information related to the epidemic.
