Report to the Prime Minister the results of the investigation into the Khaisilk case before December 15.
Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Truong Hoa Binh, Head of the National Steering Committee against smuggling, trade fraud and counterfeit goods, has directed relevant agencies to inspect and clarify the illegal acts of Khaisilk Group in trading silk products.
Recently, many press agencies have published articles reflecting that Khaisilk Group's silk products sold on the market show signs of being counterfeit Vietnamese goods, affecting the rights of consumers.

Regarding this matter, Deputy Prime Minister Truong Hoa Binh assigned the Ministry of Industry and Trade to preside over and coordinate with the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Science and Technology and relevant agencies to inspect and clarify the violations of the law by Khaisilk Group in trading silk products; and report the results to the Prime Minister before December 15, 2017.
The Ministry of Information and Communications, Vietnam Television, Voice of Vietnam, Vietnam News Agency, news agencies, newspapers, and industry and professional associations shall step up propaganda work on the law, on the dangers of acts of origin fraud, production and trading of counterfeit goods, goods that violate intellectual property rights, especially in enterprises producing and trading products, and traditional craft villages; promptly condemn and denounce acts of law violation; protect national reputation and consumer rights./.
