Arrest of subject who controlled female officer to rob property
On November 15, the police arrested a subject who broke into a medical station, used a knife to control a female officer, robbed her of her property, and then fled.
Accordingly, at around 5:00 p.m., Ms. Y Le Huong (32 years old, residing in Dak Pet commune, Dak Glei) was on duty at the Dak Glei town Health Station when a masked man broke in, used a knife to control her, and robbed her of 2 phones (1 Nokia phone, 1 Oppo phone) and a wallet containing money. After committing the robbery, the man fled to a nearby mountainous area.

Upon receiving the report from the people, Dak Glei District Police quickly deployed forces to pursue the suspect. At around 6:30 p.m. the same day, they discovered and arrested the perpetrator.
At the Investigation Police Agency (Dak Glei District Police), the suspect identified himself as A Yang (21 years old, residing in village 5, Dak Cam commune, Kon Tum city) and admitted to robbing Ms. Y Le Huong.
It is known that on the evening of November 11, 2018, A Yang broke into a house in Dak Glei town (Dak Glei district, Kon Tum) and stole 2 mobile phones. Accordingly, A Yang had a previous conviction for robbery.
The case is being further investigated and handled by the authorities.
