Arrest of 3 fishing boats illegally exploiting aquatic resources in Cua Lo waters
(Baonghean.vn) - 3 vessels with 13 crew members illegally fishing in Cua Lo waters were discovered and arrested by Squadron 2 and the Cua Lo - Ben Thuy Port Border Guard Station.
At 9:15 a.m. on December 10, in Cua Lo sea area, about 10 to 12 nautical miles east of the coast, Squadron 2 coordinated with the Border Guard Station of Cua Lo - Ben Thuy port, Nghe An Border Guard discovered and arrested 3 vehicles that were acting illegally.illegal fishing

The owners of the vessels include: Ship NA 80106 TS captained by Mr. Nguyen Doan Ha, born in 1975, and 03 crew members, all residing in Binh Giang block, Nghi Hai ward, Cua Lo town (Nghe An); fishing boat TH 92062 TS captained by Mr. Tran Van Phu, born in 1972, and 6 crew members residing in Quang Trach commune, Quang Xuong district, Thanh Hoa province; fishing boat HT 2097 TS captained by Mr. Vo Van Loi, born in 1968, with 1 crew member residing in Xuan Hoi commune, Nghi Xuan district, Ha Tinh province.
Through inspection, the above vehicles have a capacity of 70 CV or more, all 13 crew members on board contributed capital to the ship to do business at sea.
