Emergency arrest of the subject who crashed his car into the traffic police
Uong Bi City Police, Quang Ninh has just issued an emergency arrest warrant for the driver of a car that crashed straight into a traffic police officer and damaged many other vehicles.
Uong Bi City Police, Quang Ninh Province, said they have just issued an emergency arrest warrant for a man who “resisted a person on duty” and drove a car straight into a traffic police officer and damaged many other vehicles on August 26.

The subject is Doan Van Thuy (born in 1989, residing in Hoang Phong commune, An Duong district, Hai Phong city).
At around 7:30 a.m. on August 26, Thuy drove car with license plate 15A - 33158 exceeding the speed limit on National Highway 18A through Nam Khe ward, Uong Bi city, Quang Ninh.
After the working group of Traffic Control Patrol Team 1-18, Road and Railway Traffic Police Department (Quang Ninh Provincial Police) signaled to stop the vehicle for inspection, the subject did not comply but drove straight at high speed.
At the checkpoint on Highway 10, also by the patrol team, Doan Van Thuy continued to disobey the order to stop the car and drove straight into the traffic police officer.
The officer managed to avoid the incident, but the suspect's car collided with car with license plate 14A-01277 of the Traffic Patrol Team on duty and car with license plate 14A-12532 participating in traffic on the route, causing damage to three cars.
The subject is currently being detained, and the Uong Bi City Police Department is continuing to investigate the case./.
