Arrested male student from rice district in Nghe An 'hooking up' with senior to sell 2,000 ecstasy pills
(Baonghean.vn) - In addition to smuggling drugs into bars in Vinh City, Binh (the ringleader, from Hung Nguyen, Nghe An), also transported drugs to the North for consumption by Chien (a student, from Yen Thanh district). When Chien was arrested, the seized evidence included 2,000 synthetic drug pills (ecstasy) hidden in a backpack in the attic and in 2 bags of corn kernels.
Recently, by professional measures, Hung Loc Commune Police (Vinh City, Nghe An) discovered a trafficking ring,illegal drug traffickingfrom Vinh city to the northern provinces for consumption, so coordinate with the Drug Crime Investigation Police Team of Vinh city police to establish a special project to fight.

By September 13, the Special Investigation Committee determined that the subjects in the ring were preparing to transport the "goods" for sale, so they proceeded to crack the case.
At around 7:30 p.m. on the same day, the police force caught Dang Van Chien (born in 1999), residing in Cong Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district, at a boarding house on Ham Nghi street, Dong Lam block, Hung Dung ward, Vinh city, for illegally buying, selling, and transporting drugs.

Immediately after that, Hung Loc Commune Police arrested the ringleader, Nguyen Huu Binh (born in 1997), residing in Hung Yen Nam Commune, Hung Nguyen District. Accordingly, Binh took the goods from abroad and then gave them to Dang Van Chien to transport the drugs to the northern provinces for consumption. At the same time, Binh supplied drugs to a number of bars in Vinh City.
It is known that Nguyen Huu Binh has a previous conviction for robbery in 2015 and Dang Van Chien is currently a student at a university in Vinh City.
Currently, the case is under further investigation.
