Previously, on September 30, 2022, at the Wholesale Market, Hong Son Ward, Vinh City, taking advantage of a loophole, Pham Thi Tampickpocket,stole more than 9 million VND from a woman. After successfully stealing, Tam used the money to buy personal items and deposited it into his personal bank account.

At the police station, Pham Thi Tam confessed to all her crimes and handed over the money she stole.
Pham Thi Tam has 6 previous convictions for drugs and property theft.
Currently, the Vinh City Police Investigation Agency is conducting prosecution activities according to the provisions of law.
