On December 18, 2022, on a residential road in Tan My hamlet, Tam Hop commune, Quy Hop district, the patrol team of Quy Hop district police and Tam Hop commune police discovered CTT, residing in Minh Tien hamlet, Minh Hop commune, Quy Hop district, driving a motorbike 37H1-303.05 transporting 88 explosives.homemade cannonwith a total weight of 6.13 kg.

Previously, on December 17, 2022, at Dinh hamlet, Tam Hop commune, Quy Hop district, the General Investigation Team of Quy Hop district police co-chaired with Tam Hop commune police to discover and arrest Tran Van Duong (born in 1991), residing in Thanh Xuan hamlet, Nghia Xuan commune, Quy Hop district, for possessing prohibited goods (firecrackers). The seized evidence included 12 boxes of 49 firecrackers, with a total weight of about 21.6 kg.
