Through investigation, the subjects confessed that they had watched videos on how to make firecrackers on the Internet, then ordered precursors and followed the instructions to make firecrackers for use and sale for profit during Tet. Anh Son District Police have verified, clarified, and filed a case against the subjects according to the law.
