Initial information, on the evening of October 7, Truyen went to sing with some young men at a karaoke bar in Bac Ninh city. While singing, Truyen had a conflict with a waitress named L., Truyen took L.'s phone and threw it on the ground.

Seeing that, a man named Hung (39 years old, living in Tien An ward, Bac Ninh city, Truyen's friend) turned to argue and fight with Truyen.

Truyen left the scene to go to his residence to get a gun, carried a bag containing grenades, walked to Nha Chung street (Bac Ninh city), cursed and fired 3 shots into the air.

After that, many people rushed in to grab the gun and take Truyen home. Truyen continued to hold the knife and curse at Hung. Bac Ninh City police arrived to resolve the incident.
