Here, people are examined and consulted by doctors and nurses and given free medicine for eye diseases. In addition, the hospital's team of doctors and nurses also advises on proper eating, resting and living habits to help the elderly prevent and treat diseases, protecting the health of themselves and their families.
Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh (75 years old) in Block 1, Vinh Tan Ward shared: "At our age, most of our eyes have aged, but because of old age and declining health, and our children are busy with work, we rarely have the opportunity to go to medical facilities far away for regular check-ups. Now, the medical team from Cua Dong General Hospital has come to the ward health station to directly examine and give free medicine, which makes me and the elderly very excited; not only does it create favorable conditions for the elderly to have the conditions to take care of their health, but it also encourages us to live happier and healthier lives."
