Coming from a farming family, he is always aware that studying is an important foundation for establishing himself and his career. After graduating from two universities, Vinh University of Technical Education and Nha Trang University, Dung was hired by a foreign company. But 6 months later, he decided to quit his job and return to his hometown.

From the knowledge he learned at school, along with the process of participating in Robocon competitions, he successfully made a computerized wood carving machine. Tran Minh Dung decided to open a carpentry workshop to do business at home, combining with the wood carving profession, he had many new inventions in the products. From nothing, he opened a carpentry workshop, a mechanical workshop to process factory flanges, make car body boxes, produce all kinds of machinery applied in life...

Mr. Le Hong Cuong - Hamlet 12, Da Son Commune has been working at Mr. Dung's factory for 4 years now. Currently, Mr. Cuong has a stable salary of 10 million VND/month. Mr. Cuong said:“I worked with Mr. Dung and found that although it was very difficult at first, he was very bold and determined. He was young but dared to think and dare to do.”

Not only admired by everyone for his creativity, in 2017, Tran Minh Dung was also elected by the Party Committee and Party members as Party Cell Secretary and Hamlet Chief of Hamlet 1. As soon as he took office, the new Party Cell Secretary planned to build the remaining 1 km of concrete road in the hamlet. To set an example, in addition to the money donated to build new rural areas, he also donated nearly 10 million VND to shore up the eroded road section. In just a short time, the small, narrow road was replaced by a spacious concrete road.
