Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Dac Vinh: Study to work, to be a human being, to be a true cadre

Attending the closing ceremony, on behalf of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, there were comrades: Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Duy Bac - Deputy Director of the Academy; Dr. Nguyen Van Luong - Deputy Director of the Department of Training Management; Associate Professor, Dr. Dinh Ngoc Giang - Deputy Director of the Institute of Party Building; Associate Professor, Dr. Dang Quang Dinh - Deputy Director of the Institute of Philosophy.

On the side of Nghe An province, there was comrade Nguyen Dac Vinh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation.

Comrades of the Provincial Party Standing Committee: Nguyen Thi Thu Huong - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, Deputy Head of the Class Steering Committee; Bui Thanh An - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee; Cao Thi Hien - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Le Hong Vinh - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Major General Nguyen Huu Cau - Director of the Provincial Police; Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; and representatives of relevant departments, branches and the class steering committee.

Promoting initiative in political training work

At the closing ceremony, the course Steering Committee highly appreciated the efforts of 60 students from departments, branches, sectors, provincial units and districts, cities and towns in the province who seriously participated in the course, ensuring the specialized content to deeply grasp new knowledge about theory and practice in the new period. The students proactively updated new knowledge, strengthened awareness, political mettle, revolutionary stance, awareness of thinking and methodology, trained revolutionary ethics, working style, leadership skills, management, handling specific situations...

In particular, through field trips, students have gained a lot of useful information and shared many valuable experiences. Through field trips, students have more opportunities to draw conclusions about perception, thinking, methodology, approach and problem solving close to reality.

At the end of the course, 100% of the class's students achieved excellent results, 4 students were ranked excellent, of which 6 comrades were awarded Certificates of Merit by the Class Steering Committee.

At the ceremony, Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Duy Bac - Deputy Director of Ho Chi Minh National Academy expressed his thanks to the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee for their effective and thoughtful coordination with the Academy and related agencies, units and localities to ensure the progress of implementing the assigned tasks in a scientific, strict and serious manner. Thanks to that, during the course from November 13 to December 1, 2019, all the work of the class was completed on schedule and effectively.

Promote the spirit of lifelong learning and training

Speaking at the closing ceremony, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Dac Vinh congratulated 60 students for successfully completing their study plan; emphasizing that students are an important source for building a team of strategic cadres at all levels, who play an important role in the cause of building and developing the country in general and Nghe An province in particular in the coming terms. Therefore, the Provincial Party Committee always pays special attention, has great expectations and closely directs throughout the process of preparing and organizing the class.

He hopes that after this course, with the newly acquired knowledge, the students will better complete their assigned tasks, contribute to improving the quality of practical leadership in their localities and sectors, and especially be shining examples of political qualities, ideology, ethics, lifestyle, and working style, worthy of the trust and attention of the Provincial Party Committee and the people of the province.

Students need to understand and learn to work, to be human, to be true cadres; must always uphold the spirit of regular, lifelong learning, everywhere, every time. The learning results of students are only truly meaningful if they are followed by a process of continuous striving, training and improving work efficiency when returning to their agencies, units and localities.
