Residential area of ​​village 1, Thanh Lam commune, Lam Son region, located under the Thien Nhan mountain range. The natural area is mainly hills, midlands and semi-mountainous areas. The village currently has 244 households with 1,082 people, living in 4 residential clusters. The village's Party cell has 62 party members.

The Party cell, Executive Committee, and Front Committee of the village have united, collaborated, and responsibly led, directed, and organized to achieve many specific results. The village has an annual cultivated area of ​​150 hectares, of which 50 hectares are produced in two crops, focusing on spring crop production; the average income is 30 - 40 million VND/ha/year. In addition, villagers also plant forests, raise livestock, and export labor. The people's lives in the village are increasingly improved, with the poverty rate at 3.6% and 9 households.

In recent years, the people of Village 1 have actively implemented the new rural construction program; the movement of the whole people uniting to build a cultural life; taking care of education, developing human resources; taking care of people's health; gratitude, mutual love and affection; protecting the environment, building a bright - green - clean - beautiful landscape;... Village 1, Thanh Lam commune aims to meet the new rural village standards by the end of 2021.
