Previously on December 28, while patrolling and controlling in Tien Tieu village, Nam Can commune, Ky Son district, the patrol team of Nam Can international border gate discovered and arrested Cu Xong Ly (born in 1974), hometown in Sa Lay village, Muong Long commune, Ky Son district, who was illegally transporting drugs.

Evidence seized at the scene was 2.2 grams of heroin. According to the suspect's statement, he bought drugs from across the border for consumption.

Nam Can International Border Gate Border Guard Station has completed the file and handed it over to Ky Son District Police for further investigation./.
