Accordingly, around mid-September 2020, through the work of grasping the situation and professional measures, Que Phong district police detectives saw that in Kim Son town, there were 2 local subjects with many suspicious signs of buying and selling activities.illegal trafficking of drugs.

Through verification and monitoring, the reconnaissance force clearly identified the two subjects as Vi Van Quyet (born 2005) and Vi Van Chung (born 1991), both residing in Hong Phong block, Kim Son town, Que Phong district, who were part of a ring that illegally bought, sold, and transported large quantities of drugs from the area to the northern provinces for consumption.

After nearly a month of quietly following Chung and Quyet's movements, on October 15, 2020, the Task Force received important information that the subjects would prepare to bring a large amount of "goods" to the northern provinces for consumption. At around 7:30 p.m. the same day, at Truong Banh Intersection, Tien Phong Commune, Task Force No. 1 blocked and caught Vi Van Quyet (born 2005), residing in Hong Phong Block, Kim Son Town, red-handed while transporting drugs; seized at the scene the following evidence: 1 kg of crystal meth and 10,000 MTTH pills.

At the same time, Task Force No. 2 surrounded and urgently arrested Vi Van Chung (born 1991) at his private home in Hong Phong block, Kim Son town, Que Phong district.

At the Que Phong District Police Investigation Agency, faced with undeniable evidence, the two suspects Quyet and Chung had to bow their heads and admit their crimes. Currently, the unit is continuing to fight and expand the case.
