Localities conduct military service examinations in 2019

Thanks to proactive propaganda, implementation of plans, early assignment of targets to communes and towns to review and finalize the list of young people called for medical examination and good organization of initial medical examination in 24 communes and towns, 100% of young people in the military service have seriously complied with the medical examination call, creating conditions for doctors and related sectors to organize medical examinations according to the correct procedure, ensuring high accuracy.

After 5 days of examination, 304 young people were recruited. The new feature of this year's military service examination is that the recruited young people must have graduated from secondary school, college and university. New this year, before entering the examination, 100% of young people coming for examination must sign a commitment not to drink alcohol or use stimulants, all examination forms are photographed to avoid exchange, modern eye measuring machines are used to avoid fraud, and violations will be strictly handled.

In this examination, Yen Thanh district has 462 successful candidates, will select 275 qualified young men to join the army and 14 young men to join the police force in 2019.
